If you've never tried yoga and you've always wanted to learn, now is your time.   I teach a seniors class that is designed specifically for older adults who may be looking to improve their flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.   I'm 70 years old so I understand the aging process and ways to combat loss of balance and muscle. Yoga can be a wonderful practice for enhancing physical health, promoting relaxation, and fostering a sense of community among participants.

Each session is tailored to meet the needs of the group, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and supported as they explore the various poses and breathing techniques.
